Here are some answers to most frequent questions

All prices detailed are per room, unless otherwise stated.

Yes, breakfast is included in the rate.

No, you only going to be charged 20% of your total booking As a deposit, and the final amount will be due upon arrival at the hotel.

We accept VisaCredit, VisaDebit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and PayPal. We do not accept American Express.

When you have completed your booking process, you will reach the booking confirmation page, This includes your reservation details as well as confirmation number, you will also receive booking confirmation email. Please note, if your reservation is made over the phone, written confirmation will be sent by text message or by email.

If you are making a booking for 4 or more rooms, this is classed as a group booking. To make your group booking, please contact the hotel directly on 01253 351452. Once deposits are paid, an email confirmation will be sent to the group organiser to be signed, and the final balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.

If you have booked direct or online with the Hotel and only paid a deposit, this deposit is non-refundable and the following cancellation charges applies:

  • When Booking a 20% of the first night is required as a deposit.
  • The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival.
  • The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel within 7 days before arrival.
