Covid-19

As part of our Covid-19 procedures, we will be required to collect data on all guests including your name, email and/or phone number.This information is being collected to assist the NHS Test and Trace service for tracing close recent contacts of anyone testing positive for coronavirus. It will be given to NHS Test and Trace on request in the event that it is required for contact tracing purposes. We will not use it for any other purpose, and will destroy it after eight weeks.

Sunnydale Hotel is committed to ensuring that our premises continue to be a Safe place to work, stay and visit. The health, safety and well-being of our staff, guests and third-party visitors is our upmost priority. We have adapted the following steps to control the spread of coronavirus by:

• Enhancing the frequency of cleaning and sanitising regimes across the premises and bedrooms with particular focus on hand contact points.
• Adding additional hand sanitising stations throughout the business.
• Making sure Disinfectant wipes are available to all guests at reception.
• Ensuring that All staff have received Covid-19 awareness training.
